1. About Super PE Online

Super PE Online is an educational platform providing PE study resources, videos, worksheets and community content for students, teachers and departments. The service is operated by an individual based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at superpeonline@gmail.com.

References to "Site" mean superpeonline.com and any related pages or sub-domains we control.

2. Terms of Service

2.1 Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Site, any SPO resources or membership tiers (Free, Plus or Ultra), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

2.2 Eligibility

The Site is aimed at students, teachers and schools. If you are under 18, you should only use SPO with the knowledge and permission of a parent, guardian or teacher.

2.3 Educational content only

All content on SPO is for general educational and revision purposes only. It is not exam-board endorsed, and we make no guarantee that any particular mark or grade will be achieved. You remain responsible for checking official specifications and exam guidance from your exam board, school or university.

2.4 No affiliation with exam boards

SPO is not affiliated with or in any way officially connected with Pearson Edexcel, AQA, OCR, WJEC or any other awarding body. Names of exam boards and qualifications are used purely for descriptive purposes.

2.5 Accounts, memberships and access

• Free tier - limited access to videos and resources and may be subject to weekly caps or other limits.
• SPO Plus / Ultra - paid tiers providing extended or full access to SPO resources, as described on the pricing page.
• We may update, add to or remove resources from any tier at our discretion to keep the platform current and useful.

If you create any account or profile, you must keep login details secure and not share them with others. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your access.

2.6 Payments, renewals and cancellations

Payments for Plus and Ultra are processed by third-party payment providers (for example, Stripe). By completing a purchase you agree to their terms as well as ours.

• Details of pricing, duration of access and what is included in each plan are shown on the pricing page at checkout.
• Unless clearly stated otherwise, student licences are for individual use only and must not be shared.
• Department licences for schools or colleges may be subject to separate written terms agreed with us.

Where recurring subscriptions are offered, you can usually manage or cancel your subscription via the payment provider or by contacting us at superpeonline@gmail.com. Any refund or cooling off period will be applied in line with UK consumer law and clearly communicated where relevant.

2.7 Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• Use SPO for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any law or regulation.
• Copy, scrape, download at scale or systematically reproduce SPO content for commercial use or resale.
• Share, sell or publicly post any paid resources without our prior written permission.
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of the Site.

2.8 Availability and changes

We try to keep SPO available, but we do not guarantee that the Site will always be online or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of the Site (including resources, features, tiers or pricing) at any time.

2.9 Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• SPO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties.
• We are not responsible for any loss of marks, grades, opportunities or income arising from reliance on SPO content.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss (including loss of profit, revenue, data or reputation).

Nothing in these terms seeks to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

2.10 Governing law

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim relating to them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

3. Privacy Notice

This section explains, in general terms, how we handle personal data when you use SPO. It is intended to reflect key principles of UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) but is not a substitute for independent legal advice.

3.1 Data controller and contact

The data controller for SPO is the operator of Super PE Online. You can contact the controller at superpeonline@gmail.com.

3.2 What personal data we may collect

• Contact details – e.g. name and email when you join the community, request tutoring or contact us.
• Account and membership data – which plan you are on, access dates and limited usage information.
• Technical data – IP address, browser type, device info and similar, via logs and analytics.
• Payment data – processed by payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on SPO servers.
• Communications – copies of emails or messages and any feedback you provide.

3.3 How we use personal data

We may use your personal data to:

• Provide and administer the SPO platform and manage access to free and paid resources.
• Process payments, issue receipts and manage subscriptions or department licences.
• Respond to questions, tutoring requests or support enquiries.

4. Copyright & Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership of content

Unless otherwise stated, all SPO content - including text, questions, diagrams, videos, worksheets, branding and logos - is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 Your permitted use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use SPO resources for:

• Your own personal study (students).
• Your own teaching and internal department use (teachers and schools with an appropriate licence).

During your access period you may download and print reasonable copies for those purposes.

4.3 Restrictions

You must not, without our prior written permission:

• Sell, resell or commercially exploit SPO content or branding.
• Upload SPO resources to public drives, websites, social media or commercial platforms.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trade mark or attribution notices on SPO resources.
• Create derivative products that are substantially based on SPO materials and offer them as your own.

4.4 Third-party content

Where we use third-party logos, exam board names or trade marks, these remain the property of their respective owners. Their use on SPO does not imply endorsement.

4.5 Reporting copyright concerns

If you believe any content on SPO infringes your copyright or other rights, contact superpeonline@gmail.com with details of the material and your rights in it. We will review and, where appropriate, remove or amend the content.
