By accessing or using the Site, any SPO resources or membership tiers (Free, Plus or Ultra), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

The Site is aimed at students, teachers and schools. If you are under 18, you should only use SPO with the knowledge and permission of a parent, guardian or teacher.

All content on SPO is for general educational and revision purposes only. It is not exam-board endorsed, and we make no guarantee that any particular mark or grade will be achieved. You remain responsible for checking official specifications and exam guidance from your exam board, school or university.

2.4 No affiliation with exam boards

SPO is not affiliated with or in any way officially connected with Pearson Edexcel, AQA, OCR, WJEC or any other awarding body. Names of exam boards and qualifications are used purely for descriptive purposes.

If you create any account or profile, you must keep login details secure and not share them with others. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your access.

2.6 Payments, renewals and cancellations

Payments for Plus and Ultra are processed by third-party payment providers (for example, Stripe). By completing a purchase you agree to their terms as well as ours.
