Volunteer Videographer for Next-Gen Business Fair at QMUL Mile End Campus

Time Commitment: 10am - 3pm

About the Role:

Are you a budding videographer or content creator looking to showcase your skills? We are hosting an engaging Business Fair at Queen Mary University of London and are searching for a creative volunteer videographer to document the event. From capturing short-form clips to recording podcast-style interviews, this is a great opportunity to expand your portfolio and gain experience in professional event coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

Record short-form video clips of the event, including speaker sessions, networking activities, and highlights of the event atmosphere.
Film podcast-style interviews with key speakers, business representatives, and attendees (equipment provided if needed).
Deliver final clips (raw footage or selected polished videos) within 10 days after the event.
Work closely with the event organiser to ensure all key moments are captured.

Skills and Qualifications:

Some experience in videography and video editing (students and enthusiasts are welcome!).
Familiarity with shooting short-form content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Access to your own video equipment (camera, microphone, tripod) is preferred.
Strong communication skills to coordinate interviews and navigate the event space.
A keen eye for storytelling and capturing engaging moments.
